My first attempt at a blog

I've always detested blogs. I never wanted to have an online journal for everyone to see. I thought I would never have a blog. But, just like with green chile in New Mexico, I eventually gave in and realized that I should never have resisted in the first place. I love reading my friends' blogs because its so easy to keep up with what's going on in their lives. Dominic is great at making websites but I don't know how to update them so he has to do all the work if anything is going to get posted. So, I gave in and I created my first blog. I want it mainly so friends and family can keep up with what's going on with our ever expanding family.
